    1. The cut-off time for three-entries-per head submission is normally around dusk (6 pm). Any connection?

  3. Thank you, Col. Had an insight into "Pincer Movement". Lucky to have people from Services and one aspirant as well.

    1. I thought it was Kishore- he used to say he could not get in being colour blind. Am I wrong?

    2. I was not an aspirant to the services. I was a bit selfish - it had to flying fighters in one of the services or nothing. I was probably motivated by the thrill of flying than service.

    3. Even if I was not colour blind, I think I would have flunked the psychological tests. One of my cousins, qualified thrice for IAF interviews for combat flying and was rejected as he was not considered psychologically suitable. He later joined the army. I think for combat flying they look for a person who can take an instant kill decision without any qualms. The regular army probably does it only in some elite units. DG would probably be able to add more.
