    Pleasantly surprised come across a clue on Hindi in a Sunday crossword - a syndicated one.

  4. SHINDIG-Yes, a bit unusual , no doubt. Very cleverly constructed ! S_HINDI_G a stag party-- or a SHINDIG- take it as you please=stag party or any party !! Do hen parties also have their shins dug?
