    Thoroughly enjoyable puzzle.Thanks Bhavan & Col.Infact,today was a great day.Was able to solve Saturday's fare(we get the Hindu late by a day here in Jammu) & also The Sunday Times Xword but for the 3 clues above got all!For a relative novice that's quite satisfying!
    Can anyone help with the above 3 clues, 4D,23A &25D?
