  4. E is for Espana (Spain). IVR, I think. (The 'n' has a diacritic that I am taking the trouble to reproduce.)

  10. I wish compilers do not spoil the fun by introducing niggles like Obscure District"s name= like Bermondsey! I could finish the whole grid in 12 minutes flat, but for this . Ugh!!
